What shipping methods are available?

Deliveries to UK Mainland we offer free delivery on all orders of £100 and above. There is a standard delivery charge of £7.00 for orders less than £100.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we only deliver to UK Mainland but are working behind the scenes for delivery internationally.

How long will my order take to ship?

Our standard delivery typically takes between 5-7 working days for smaller items, though some products may have longer lead times up to 4-12 weeks, these include larger items such as Sofas, Bedroom Furniture including but not limited to Wardrobes, beds, chest of drawers – be sure to review each product page for specific details on delivery dates for larger items for all deliveries to UK Mainland. Your Mash + Mint order will be delivered via our selected courier service depending on the item(s) ordered. A tracking number will be provided. There is a possibility of lead-times being longer depending on the product therefore we advise you check at the time of purchasing the delivery lead time located under each product description. If in doubt, please contact us via email or our live chat service.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay are also accepted.

Can I add, remove or change my order after I have placed it?

If your order has not yet been despatched we can attempt to make changes to your order. Please email us hello@mashandmint.co.uk with your order number an details of any amendments.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website any time. The beauty about the internet is it’s open 24/7 so feel free to shop whenever you like.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place your order as a guest on our website or create an account.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided once order has been placed. You can track your order via the selected courier tracking service website. If your order hasn’t arrived by the last estimated delivery date, please reach out to us via email or phone, and we’ll promptly investigate. We kindly ask that you contact us only after the last working day has passed as per the estimated delivery time provided in your order confirmation. How long do I have to return an order?

Please ensure your return is within 30 days of placing an order, you can contact us at hello@mashandmint.co.uk for more details to review our return policy.

A product is out of stock, will you let me know when it is back in stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can register to be informed when it returns back in stock. Enter your email address at the product location on the webiste and you will be informed via email it's back in for purchase.

Will your courier deliver into a room of my choice and assemble furniture?

While our couriers deliver to your door, they cannot accommodate room-specific requests. For larger items, please arrange for assistance with handling upon delivery. Our couriers do not assemble furniture items, so if assembly is required, please make necessary arrangements.
