Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Mash + Mint! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and convenient as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United Kingdom: UK Mainland
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days for standard items. For specialist items and made to order items, they may take 4-12 weeks (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. For Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends they will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
- UK Mainland Orders: Free Delivery for orders over £100 pounds. Any orders less than £100 will be charged £7.00 delivery charge.
Free UK Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100.
5. Delivery Times
- United Kingdom Mainland: Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days for 'of the shelf' products however many of our products are made to order and may take between 4-12 weeks for delivery. Please ensure you review each product delivery lead-times prior to check out to avoid any disappointment.
- Direct Delivery - As we work directly with a number of suppliers, to ensure your products reach you as soon as possible you may receive your order from a different courier service or in multiple deliveries. On occasion depending on the products ordered you may be contacted directly from the supplier to arrange a suitable delivery date for items such as sofas, beds, a larger furniture items.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary due to circumstances such as suppliers, processing or local postal delays.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email (if applicable) so you can follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. Should you order from us with more than one product within your order, and your products are supplied from a number of different suppliers, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking numbers on different days. We will of course keep you updated about this possibility.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@mashandmint.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. Mash and Mint is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
Mash + Mint reserves the right to update this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately.
