The finishing touch to a well-made cocktail. The BARBICAN Cocktail Strainer by Aaron Probyn combines practical design with a bold, sculptural shape inspired by the architectural lines of London's brutalist buildings.

A contemporary interpretation of the traditional julep strainer, this stainless steel cocktail accessory has been designed to sit neatly inside the BARBICAN Cocktail Shaker, helping separate ice and other ingredients from your freshly mixed drink before serving.

Its distinctive curved shape and clean, graphic lines give an everyday bar tool a more architectural character. Whether you're preparing a Martini, Manhattan or a favourite cocktail for friends, the BARBICAN Strainer makes an attractive and useful addition to your cocktail-making essentials.

Made from high-quality 18/0 stainless steel, the strainer is designed for regular use and easy cleaning. Choose from two finishes: Brushed, with a softer, understated appearance, or Polished, with a more reflective surface.

Part of Aaron Probyn's BARBICAN collection, this cocktail strainer pairs naturally with the coordinating Boston-style shaker and double-sided cocktail jigger. Together, they create a thoughtfully designed set of bar accessories that looks just as good displayed on a drinks trolley as it does in use.

A lovely gift for cocktail enthusiasts, home bartenders and anyone who appreciates distinctive, functional design.
