The SOAKED Dark Skies Umbrella is a practical black compact umbrella designed for everyday British weather.

Designed in rainy Manchester, it has a wind-resistant vented canopy supported by ten flexible fibreglass ribs. Rather than relying on a rigid frame, the umbrella is designed to flex and adapt when the wind picks up, making it a dependable choice for commuting, travelling and everyday journeys.

The canopy is made from 100% recycled RPET fabric, giving discarded plastic bottles a useful second life. It is also quick-drying and PFC-free, helping it dry faster after a downpour without the use of unwanted “forever chemicals”.

An automatic open and close button makes it easy to use with one hand, particularly when stepping out of the car, carrying shopping or caught in a sudden shower.

Dark Skies opens to a generous 98cm diameter, providing plenty of coverage without feeling oversized. Once folded, it measures a compact 29 x 6cm and fits neatly inside a handbag, backpack, briefcase or work bag.

The matching drawstring sleeve is designed to help contain excess moisture once the umbrella has been folded away. The canopy also offers UPF 50+ sun protection, making it useful throughout the year and not only when rain is forecast.
