Measuring an impressive 130 x 35cm, this long velvet bolster is large enough to span a king-size bed, making it an easy way to create the layered, considered look often associated with boutique hotel bedrooms.

The upholstery-grade velvet is finished with a distinctive hand-cut scalloped edge, bringing softness and movement to the long silhouette while setting it apart from a traditional straight-edged bolster.

Style it alone across the head of a bed or layer it with square cushions, ruffled designs and patterned linens for a fuller arrangement. Its generous proportions also work particularly well on built-in kitchen benches, window seats and deep sofas. Kika and its stockists currently promote those same uses for the 130cm design.

A premium feather pad is included, giving the cushion the weight and full shape needed for such a large design.

Available across the Kika Bespoke velvet colour range, the bolster can be chosen to coordinate with an existing scheme or used as a strong contrasting colour across the bed.

The upholstery-grade velvet is machine washable at 30°C, making this substantial decorative cushion practical enough for everyday interiors.
