The WaterHog Squares Boot Tray Mat is constructed from durable recycled PET fibres with an anti-slip nitrile rubber backing.

Its distinctive bi-level surface features a raised square pattern that helps scrape dirt from footwear, allowing mud, dust and moisture to collect within the recessed channels below.

A raised water dam border helps contain moisture and spills within the mat, providing additional protection for surrounding floors.

The rubber backing helps prevent movement and provides a barrier between the absorbent surface and the flooring beneath.

Suitable for most common flooring types, including tiles, hardwood, laminate, cork, screed, low-pile carpet and underfloor-heated floors.

Care & Cleaning

The WaterHog Squares Boot Tray Mat is designed for easy everyday cleaning and maintenance.

  • Regular cleaning: Shake outside, sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt, mud and debris.
  • Machine washing: Machine washable in a suitably sized washing machine. Remove loose debris first and use a mild detergent.
  • Hand washing: Rinse thoroughly with water using a garden hose. Gently clean stubborn areas with a soft brush and mild, non-bleach detergent.
  • Drying: Allow the mat to air dry completely, preferably laid flat, before returning it to its usual position.
  • Avoid: Bleach, harsh chemicals and aggressive wringing.

Lift the mat periodically to clean and dry the floor underneath. Always ensure both the mat and floor are completely dry before replacing it.
